Q1: Can I get a sample to test before mass order?
A1: Yes. And we will return your sample cost when your mass order is confirmed.
Q2: How about the shipment?
A2: For a normal sample, it takes 1~2 day.
For a sample with your logo/brand, it takes 3~4 days for printing.
For mass production, it takes 2~4 weeks depending on your order details.
Q3: What should I do if I want to print my own logo?
A3: If you want to print your logo, please send a PDF or AI file of your logo, then our designer will work out a 3D design artwork for you to confirm, then we start to prepare the actual sample once we get your approval.
Q4: What is the packaging?
A4: We provide our standard gift box package, customized with your design package, the MOQ is 3000 pcs.
